About Us

Ludhiana Management Association formed in 1978 as an affiliated unit of AIMA, New Delhi,

Objectives

• To promote and develop education for scientific management by effective exchange of knowledge, experience & ideas on sound management principles and practices.

• To help in generation of intellectual capital by creation and facilitation of knowledge pool.

• To provide an environment that enables people to take charge of their own jobs and take advantage of opportunities to excel that are consistent with LMA's goals.

• To enhance competence of members through management education, Training & Development.

LMA is one of the most outstanding and fast growing management association in northern India with 800 members LMA has been conferred with Best LMA award 2010 -2011 & 2014-2015 on all India basis by AIMA, New Delhi.

LMA has been lead by galaxy of eminent industrialists namely Sh. Brijmohan Lall Munjal, and Mr. S.P.Oswal, Mr. Rajinder Gupta, Mr. Sunil Kant Munjal.

LMA also recognizes the achievement of Executives and Entrepreneurs by conferring six awards each year which are sponsored by Hero Group, Vardhman Group, Trident Group, and Bharti Enterprises, Avon Cycles, & Nikhil Singal Trust of Eastman Group.

His Excellency Shri A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, then President of India addressed the members of Ludhiana Management Association.

LMA organizes a number of other programmes such as In-Industry EDPs, & MDPs, Seminars/Symposiums/Workshops/Panel Discussions Dr. D.R.Singh Memorial Debate, publishes quarterly news magazine, & an Annual Research Journal; To develop Fraternity among members & their families.

 

LMA organizes every year in January full day FAMILY GET TOGETHER.
